Online gamblers were both new and seasoned confused on Thursday afternoon when the Yahoo search engine for about an hour went down. The search engine is often used for players to find the top online casinos from all over the world.
"For a short period this afternoon, yahoo.com was inaccessible to some users," wrote Yahoo spokesman Kryssa Gunthrum, in response to a query of eWeek."We have found the problem and are working to correct it immediately. we know that this may have caused some inconvenience, and we apologize to our users affected are possible."
Google and Yahoo are the two largest search engines in the world and they are both extensively used for finding information in a timely manner. Online gamblers looking for new casinos, in particular, use the search engine with confidence they will find what they need.
"When I first started playing online poker, I used Google search engine at all about the different online poker sites available for me were, either," said Jack Benson."Now that I know all the sites, I don't use the tool more, but in the beginning it was definitely useful."
